Over three days witness mobile broadband service as never before on a
commercial network
CIQUAL Limited will be participating in a live demonstration on HSPA+ mobile broadband and showcasing the unique capabilities and functionality of the Session Insight system at CTIA Wireless 2009. Billed as the most important global technology event of the year, tens of thousands of visitors are expected to descend on Las Vegas, Nevada, over three days (1 – 3 April 2009).
At the Sierra Wireless stand (6538), visitors can see an exciting demonstration of Session Insight working with the latest Sierra Wireless HSPA+ wireless modems on mobile operators’ live HSPA+ networks.
With mobile operators’ anticipating the introduction of HSPA+ technology as the next evolution in delivering superior mobile broadband service to the masses, they need to deliver exceptional service performance and customer experience. CIQUAL plans to present results of Session Insight on Telstra’s NEXT G™ network, delivering real-time performance and customer experience indicators of 21Mbps service.
At the Scottish Development International stand (8433), visitors will be presented with the market’s first mobile line test solution, enabling Customer Care to measure real-time mobile broadband performance of concerned customers.
