CIQUAL Limited will be demonstrating the unique capabilities and functionality of the Session Insight system at Mobile World Congress taking place in Barcelona, Spain 16 – 19 February 2009. A live demonstration of Session Insight is available at the Scottish Development International stand (1E66). At the Sierra Wireless stand (AV99), evidence of Session Insight working with the latest Sierra Wireless HSPA+ wireless modems will be shown in a live demonstration.
Session Insight provides the most accurate, real-time, dynamic view of mobile broadband service performance and customer experience, delivering key customer experience indicators that enable mobile operators to assure a positive experience for their customers, benefiting customer care, increasing customer satisfaction and strengthening customer retention.
CIQUAL will also be demonstrating the first-to-market mobile line test solution, where a customer service representative will be able to test the performance of the mobile broadband ‘line’ to the customer’s laptop while the customer is still on the phone.
